Delivery

Important Note: Your order will be dispatched by express courier service. As such, there will need to be someone at the delivery address during the day to receive and sign for the consignment.

Please consider using your work address or the address of a family member for delivery if there will be no one at your home address during the day.

If you have any special delivery requirements, please call us to discuss your options.

Payment Methods

We accept the following types of payments:

• Credit and Debit Cards
  We are happy to accept all major credit and debit cards.
  

We do not accept the following:

• Cash (Physical Payment)
  
• Personal Cheque
  
• Postal or Money Orders
• PayPal, NoChex, etc.
  (any third party online payment schemes)

When paying by credit or debit card you will only be billed when you're order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery Time

After placing an order with us please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We aim to ship your order as fast as possible, under normal circumstances this should not take longer then a week. However, at peak times (mainly December through to March) please allow 4 weeks from the time of ordering.

Shipping Charges

Research has shown that the most common concern for potential online purchasers is hidden charges. We know that most buyers are happy to pay for delivery if it is clear what the cost will be. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT.

Please bear in mind that these postages charges reflect the nature of the product being dispatched. Whilst individually light, audio cassettes in bulk can lead to a heavy and expensive package to ship.

Your order will be dispatched by courier for a faster, more secure delivery. There will need to be someone present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the package.

Shipping ‘Zones’

Due to the complex nature of copyrights on published works we can only supply our titles to countries where we have the legal right to distribute to. As such, depending on your location, you may or may not be able to purchase our titles.

All of our titles, however, are eligible for purchase in the UK and within the EU.

When viewing title information on UK Audiobooks you will see, towards the top of the page, where we can ship that specific title to. This is split into the following generalized zones:

• UK, EU and Canada
• UK/EU Only
