User Guide

We've assembled a quick user guide to run you through the ordering process. If you require further assistant please contact us.

Step 1: Register or Log In

If you haven't registered already, please do so.

Once you have an account you can proceed to Log In.

Step 2: Find Audio Books

Find the audio book(s) you would like to purchase. Use our 'Browse' page to discover new titles, or use our 'Search' page (or the search bar at the top of every page) to find something specific.

Step 3: Add Titles to Shopping Basket

When you've found a title you'd like to purchase click the 'Add to Basket' button under the format you require (Cassette or CD), this will add the audio book to your 'Shopping Basket'.

Step 4: Proceed to Checkout

At this stage you may add any 'Vouchers or Promotional Codes' you have to your order.

Once you have added all the titles you would like, you can proceed to the 'Checkout'.

Step 5: Enter Delivery Information

Enter the address where you would like the audio books to be delivered. Enter an invoice address if necessary, or click the 'Same as Delivery Address' checkbox.

Note – if you wish to pay via credit or debit card the invoice address must match the address that the card is registered to.

Step 6: Review Order Details

Review the order summary, postage and delivery details.

Step 7: Choose Payment Method

Choose your payment method – online via credit or debit card or offline via mailing in a cheque or postal order and follow the instructions given.

Note - if you wish to pay via credit or debit card you will not be billed until your order has been dispatched. If we encounter any problems when processing your order you will be contacted via the contact details you registered with.

Step 8: Order Complete!

If all is well your order should be now be complete!

What Happens Now?

We will send a confirmation of your order via email after we've received your order and placed it in a processing queue. This process normally takes no longer then 24 hours during the working week (Monday – Friday). If you are ordering over the weekend you order will be processed the following Monday.

When your order has been dispatched you will be sent a final email notification.

You can check the progress of your order at any time in the 'My Account' section of the website (when you're Logged In).

If you're using a shared or public computer we recommend that you Log Out between shopping sessions to prevent unauthorised use of your account.
